Martin has been with the company since its inception in 1995. His key responsibility is ensuring the delivery of all major animation and eLearning projects. Martin is responsible for the technical and creative direction of the company and has instituted a number of major technical upgrades over the years.
He has a Master of Art degree from the College of Fine Arts at the University of New South Wales where he majored in Computer Graphics. Martin also has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (2014) and has taken post graduate studies in Project Management.
His work has been recognised internationally including the Magnum Cum Laude, Medikinale International, Munich Germany and the Prix Leonardo Parma, Italy, for animation on a documentary series titled Genetics (2000). He won Best Overall at the Australian Institute of Medical and Biological Illustrators Awards in 1999. His work has been featured on the covers of Newsweek (USA) (Special edition: Summer 2005), Nature Biotechnology (July 2009), Cancer Cell (Feb 2020) and on internationally syndicated television for Super Surgeries (Discovery Health Network, Australia 2003) and 60 Minutes (Nine Network, Australia).
Recently, he has been involved in multi-module eLearning solutions for international education publishers, pharmaceutical companies and continuing medical education organisations that include animation, interactivity and complex accessibility requirements.
